Progressive Design-Build Services

The Almira School District (ASD) invites qualified Design-Build teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Progressive Design-Build services for the Pre-Engineered Metal Transportation Facility Project. The District received PRC approval on May 22, 2025, and is seeking a Design-Builder to collaborate with ASD and its consultants to plan, design, and construct a new transportation facility that will serve the District for decades. The total project budget is estimated at $1.8 million, including design, construction, and soft costs. The selected firm will demonstrate experience with public works, pre-engineered metal building projects, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient, and timely results under a Progressive Design-Build contract as authorized by RCW 39.10.

Statements of Qualifications are due by 3:00:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025.
